The supervision services were carried out by a dedicated team of professional engineers and technical experts, ensuring that every stage of the project adhered to the highest standards of&nbsp;<strong>quality, safety, and environmental compliance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scope of work includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pipeline Transmission System<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 covering procurement, installation, pressure testing, and supporting structures such as thrust blocks and accessories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Inspection Roads and Bridges<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 to ensure accessibility and long-term operational reliability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drainage Structures<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 including cross-drain systems to enhance water flow management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Field Supervision and Design Review<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 aligning technical designs with on-site conditions and conducting adjustments when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quality and Safety Monitoring<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 enforcing strict compliance with construction safety regulations and technical specifications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Progress Evaluation and Reporting<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 documenting activities, challenges, and solutions in monthly reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During the first reporting period (February \u2013 March 2024), key achievements included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mobilization of personnel, equipment, and supporting facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execution of topographic surveys and initial soil investigations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and verification of construction drawings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination meetings and design review discussions with stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of preliminary and monthly supervision reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The consultant team was structured into specialized roles including&nbsp;<strong>Team Leader, Supervision Engineer, Quality Engineer, Quantity Engineer, HSE Engineer, and supporting staff<\/strong>, ensuring well-coordinated supervision across all technical aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this project, the supervisory consultant plays a critical role not only in monitoring construction progress but also in providing proactive solutions to challenges in the field. The work is expected to deliver a reliable and sustainable raw water supply system, supporting both the community and long-term regional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator
