The assessment revealed that most raw water networks faced structural degradation<\/strong> due to aging infrastructure, sediment accumulation, and operational inefficiencies. Key findings included damaged pipelines, non-functional pumping stations, and insufficient reservoir capacity<\/strong>, necessitating rehabilitation and optimized maintenance strategies.
