The study on Lake Duma Galela focuses on assessing and defining the riparian (buffer) zone as part of sustainable lake and watershed management in North Halmahera. This study aims to provide technical and scientific recommendations to safeguard the ecological balance of Lake Duma, protect biodiversity, and ensure the long-term availability of water resources for local communities.

The scope of the study includes:
